Excerpts of Board of Zoning., ents Special Meeting <br />Minutes No. 2002-1 S <br />July 18, 2002 <br />Page 5of 5 <br />Member Sidari asked if it would be possible for representatives of the rifle range and treatment <br />plant to speak to the Board at the next meeting concerning the Applicant's Conditional Use <br />Permit. <br />Assistant City Attorney Goldfien stated that the public hearing would have to be continued <br />reopened for more public comment, if the Board wished. <br />Member Eliason asked if the usual 300-foot notification was made before this hearing. <br />Planner Pollart stated that notification went beyond the usual 300-foot radius. The same <br />notification was the same as the original Use Permit. <br />Member Eliason stated that the City had notified the neighbors and it could not compel them to <br />attend the next hearing. She would not change her motion. <br />Motion to continue CU-93-14 to the next regularly meeting of the <br />Board of Zoning Adjustments, August 1, 2002, in order for staff to <br />bring findings for revocation based upon noncompliance with the <br />conditions of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />(Eliason/Grazzini; 6 Ayes; 0 Noes; <br />Absent — Shields) <br />Secretary Penaranda announced that the decisions of the Board of Zoning Adjustments could <br />be appealed to the City Council by filing a form to the City Clerk within 15 days of the date of <br />the action, which would be the end of the business day on Thursday, July 11, 2002. The form <br />should specifically state the reason for the appeal. An appeal fee was required. <br />
