Guss <br />The following conditions were approved on Getebe_ 7, August 1,1996, by the City <br />of San Leandro Board of Zoning Adjustments. <br />I. COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br />-BA. The applicant shall be responsible for assuring that any successor in <br />interest who assumes responsibility for this zonina approval is informed of <br />its terms and conditions. <br />II. These materials are stored and processed on the <br />site for removal to another location: to be used as fill material or other such <br />uses. <br />B. Material tivill be stored on the site in: pile(s) not to exceed ISfeet in <br />height and providing a 10 foot clearance on the north, east and south property <br />lines and a 20 foot clearance on the west property line. <br />B-.
