The Erosion Control Plan shall include all necessary measures to <br />be taken to prevent excessive storm water runoff or carrying by storm water <br />runoff of solid materials onto lands of adjacent property owners, public streets, <br />or to watercourses, as a result of conditions created by the grading and <br />stockpile operations. The Grading Permit and approved Erosion Control Plan <br />must be secured no later than September 1, 1996. <br />F.B. -Any -gradin�-the-site shall-eenfemi te the San Leandr-e-Qfadkig <br />Or-dinafife. Obtain a Grading Permit to regrade Eden Road. The road shall be <br />regraded and the pipe sections installed at the appropriate grade to provide <br />positive drainage. At this time, the ditch does not appear to have consistent <br />Grade and does not provide adequate drainage capacity. The Grading Permit <br />must be obtained no later than September 1,1996. All work to correct the <br />drainage on Eden Road must be completed no later than October 15, 1996. <br />IV V. INLAINTENANCE <br />A. The site shall be adequately watered to eliminate any dust from this <br />operation being detectable beyond the boundaries of the site. <br />B. ' The applicant shall treat Eden Road so trucks from the operation do not <br />create dust and so dust, dirt or mud is not tracked onto Doolittle Drive or other <br />streets in the City. <br />C. The site shall be ma:mained in a neat weed free. litter free condition at all <br />times. <br />D.
