ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW DRAFT <br />Policies and Actions <br />Implementation Strategies <br />Action 56.07-A: Mobile Home Park Rehabilitation <br />Undertake a mobile home park rehabilitation, safety, and affordability preservation <br />program. To the extent allowed by state laws governing mobile homes, the program <br />should beauty one or more San Leandro mobile home parks and should be structured to <br />avoid the dislocation of —or creation of economic hardships for —mobile home park <br />occupants. The program would entail onetime loans or grants to mobile home park <br />owners to undertake improvements such as signage, landscaping, and the <br />undergrounding of natural gas lines. <br />(See also Land Use Element Action 1.02-C.
