The Planning Commission has recommended certification of the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and approval of the rezoning, planned development and vesting tentative map. <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />• Prior to the Planning Commission hearing, the applicant had organized several neighborhood <br />outreach meetings to provide information on the proposal, and to answer questions and receive <br />comments from residents. Another neighborhood meeting was held after the first Planning <br />Commission meeting to address further the traffic concerns of the residents. <br />• The mailing notification for this public hearing was the standard 300-foot radius that included <br />City of Oakland residents across the San Leandro Creek. In addition, all the property owners <br />on Preda Street, Dabner Street, Lucille Street and Minerva Street were notified by mail. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Not applicable.
