The development <br />Services Director shall have final review of colors, materials and final architectural <br />details prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />IV. FENCING AND SCREENING REQUIREMENTS <br />A. All fences and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound and well maintained at <br />all times. <br />B. Barbed band or ribbon wire shall not be installed on any wall, fence or buildings on the <br />project site. <br />C. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, all electrical or gas meters, utility switch <br />boxes, telephone interface cabinets, outdoor refuse, or other utility areas shall be screened <br />from view by a fence, wall or landscaping; details subject to approval of the Development <br />Services Director. <br />D. Electrical transformers shall be vaulted underground. In the event that the transformer <br />cannot be undergrounded, it shall be screened from view from Estudillo Avenue, <br />consistent with the access requirements of PG&E. Details for screening shall be subject <br />to approval of the Development Services Director. <br />E. Fence and wall details shall be subject to approval of the Development Services Director <br />prior to issuance of building permits. <br />F. That a concrete masonry wall eight feet in height be installed at the rear of the project. <br />V. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />A. Construction on the project site shall not commence prior to 7:00 a.m. and shall cease by <br />7:00 p.m. on weekdays, shall not commence prior to 8:00 a.m. and shall cease by 5:00 <br />p.m. on Saturday and no construction activity shall take place on Sunday. <br />B. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise or safety hazards for adjacent residents <br />and properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto any of the surrounding streets <br />from the project site. <br />VI. FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Project site fire protection during the construction phase shall be provided to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Department. <br />10 <br />
