PD-99-8 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />January 21, 2000 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />The homeowners and/or residents within the subdivision shall be prohibited from <br />parking or storing boats, trailers, camper tops, inoperable vehicles and the like <br />outside the buildings within the project. <br />2. That all fencing and walls on the project site shall be structurally sound, graffiti - <br />free and well maintained at all times. <br />E. A sectional type garage door, with an automatic garage door opener, shall be provided for <br />all of the units. <br />F. The interior of the garage for each unit shall be available at all times to accommodate the <br />parking of two vehicles, details subject to approval of the Development Service Director. <br />G. The approvals granted by the City as a result of this application, as well as the Conditions <br />of Approval, shall be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County. <br />H. No application for amendment of the application or Conditions of Approval may be <br />submitted or accepted for processing by the City unless (i) there is full compliance with <br />all terms of the application and conditions of Approval; (ii) the Development Services <br />Director waives compliance with the terms of the application and Conditions of <br />Approval pending application for amendment. <br />All garage doors shall be provided with automatic garage door openers. <br />All buildings (units) shall be separated from adjoining buildings (units) per requirements <br />in Section 1633.2.11 of the 1998 California Building Code. <br />K.
