Subdivider shall plant one 24 inches box street tree per lot along the project frontage on Thornton <br />Street and three 24 inches box street trees on San Leandro Blvd. Subdivider has requested to remove <br />two existing trees on Thornton Street. However, Landscape Supervisor has determined that only the <br />most easterly tree along Thornton Street could be removed and other tree shall remain at its location. <br />The subdivider is required to take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to the root system of <br />tree to remain. Any existing trees to remain and all proposed trees shall be provided with City <br />standard tree wells. The Subdivider shall also maintain all existing and proposed street trees in a <br />healthy growing condition for a period not less than three years after planting.
