CITY COUNCIL OF SAN LEANDRO <br />MINUTE ORDER <br />NO.2000-15 <br />SUBJECT: Matter of Appeal by Quentin Bammer, Applicant, of the Planning <br />Commission's Denial of A-99-1 and PD-99-7; Planned Development and <br />Zoning Code Amendment; to Re -Zone a Property from Residential, Single - <br />Family (RS) to Commercial Service with a Planned Development Overlay <br />CS (PD) or to Another Commercial District Such as Community <br />Commercial (CC). This would allow the development of a limited, vehicle - <br />maintenance business, which may include open vehicle storage at the rear <br />of the site to accommodate a maximum of five vehicles waiting for repair. <br />The site would also be used for storage for up to 20 RV's and/or boats. A <br />site for a possible telecommunications tower is also proposed. The existing <br />dwelling unit at the front of the site will be retained and a frame shop for <br />pulling vehicle frames will be added. (1099/1009) <br />The City Council continued the matter of the Appeal by Quentin Bammer, Applicant, of <br />the Planning Commission's Denial of A-99-1 and PD-99-7 to the May 1, 2000, City Council <br />Meeting, and directed the City Manager to send a letter to the Appellant, indicating no <br />more improvements shall be done on the site until the Appeal is settled. <br />M/S/C Glaze and Nardine.
