All land development, improvement and rehabilitation projects <br />shall fully provide for adequate parking ... and shall provide for <br />improvement of on -site and off -site public facilities without <br />increasing the burden on the existing public facilities or <br />infrastructure. <br />There is presently no parking for the commercial/office building. <br />This proposal will provide a parking lot for the office building <br />conversion that conforms to the Zoning Code parking requirement <br />for office use. <br />Policy 5.
