;9082835 <br />f. Prior to the issuance of any building permits on this site, a detailed <br />grading, drainage and road improvement plan with supporting <br />calculation by a Registered Civil Engineer shall be submitted to the <br />County of Alameda Public Works Agency for review. The proposed <br />curb elevations are not to be less than 1.25 feet above the hydraulic <br />grade line and at no point should the curb grade be below the energy <br />grade line. <br />K. Engineering and Transportation Department <br />1. The applicant shall comply with the provisions of the City's Grading <br />Ordinance and the Urban Runoff Clean Water Program. The City <br />requires a grading permit any time more than fifty (50) cubic yards of <br />materials is moved. The Ordinance requires that an erosion control <br />and sediment plan be prepared, submitted and approved by the City <br />prior to issuance of the Grading Permit. <br />2. The Urban Runoff Clean Water Program required that all runoff be <br />treated to remove sediment and water borne pollutants prior to <br />discharge into a public facility. On projects of this type, this can <br />typically be handled by directing run-off through landscaped areas, <br />grassy swells or filtration type catch basin. <br />3. Subdivision Improvement Plans for all on -site and off -site <br />improvements shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to approval of the final map. All <br />improvement shall be designed and constructed in accordance with <br />City standards and specifications. <br />4. Prior to approval of the final map, subdivider shall enter into a <br />Subdivision Improvement Agreement and shall post surety insurance <br />in the amounts and forms acceptable to the City Engineer. <br />5. Subdivider shall pay Park Land Dedication In -lieu Fees in accordance <br />with Section 7-1-800, et seq., SLMC. <br />6. Subdivider shall pay Development Fee for Street Improvement <br />(DFSI) as determined by the City Transportation Administrator. <br />7. Subdivider shall place all utility services for the project underground, <br />including any service connections to the existing overhead utilities <br />along Boxwood Avenue. <br />8. Storm drainage service to the project shall be provided as directed and <br />approved by the City of San Leandro and/or Alameda County Flood <br />Control District. <br />Agreement to Conditions December 16, 1997 <br />TM-6929 Page 7 of 9 <br />
