MOTION <br />Civic Center, Phase II, Project; Matter of Giving Notice to <br />West Bay Builders and It's Surety to Correct and Complete <br />97-31 06-30-97 2771 Punch List Items and Other Deficiencies Related to the Civic <br />Center, Phase II, Project No. 94-8210. The City Council <br />directed staff to send a letter of Notice to West Bay <br />Builders as recommended by the City Attorney. <br />Mayor's Salary, Matter of Policy Regarding the. The City <br />Council approved the proposed policy, which provides for <br />97-32 06-30-97 1315 <br />guidelines for incremental increases after the first year of <br />service up to 25%, and acknowledges additional ex-officio <br />benefits which have been historically afforded to the Mayor. <br />City Council Consensus (City Council Comments). The City Council continued the matter of an <br />ordinance amending Section 6-1-265 of Title VI, Chapter 1 of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code Regulating Skateboards, to a <br />date uncertain. <br />
