MINUTE ORDER NO. 96-(None) <br />February 5, 1996 <br />Page 2 <br />There was no consensus for a February 20th continuance. <br />The following Motion was then introduced by Council Member Myers: <br />On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval, seconded by Council <br />Member Polvorosa, with Council Member Kerr voting no (1), and carried by a <br />majority vote (6), the City Council continued the matter of Appeal by James C. <br />Prola and Alfred J.
