Mike Oliver -3- February 27, 1996 <br />The projected weekday and weekend occupancies of the Residence Inn are as follows: <br />Weekday Weekend <br />Projected Occupancy (%) 80 to 90 60 to 70 <br />Assuming the high -end, projected weekend occupancy, 70 percent of the 135 total required <br />parking spaces equals a need of 95 spaces. The proposal includes 98 spaces within the leased <br />area.
