Mayor Corbett - Asked that, as we continue to add new signs, they be coordinated with existing <br />signage to maintain continuity. <br />Garry Loeffler - Said something needs to be done to remove the old, outdated signs. <br />Golf Course Enterprise <br />Mayor Corbett - Asked if "Tee Furniture" could be donated by the public instead of using City <br />funds. <br />Garry Loeffler - Said we should make the community aware that they can make donations to the <br />City. <br />Mayor Corbett - Said we should contact attorneys regarding a proposed memorial program. <br />Garry Loeffler - Said there is not an identifiable funding source for projects in this category. <br />John Jermanis said many of the projects can be accomplished through an increase in the green <br />fees. <br />Mayor Corbett - Asked for an update from the golfing community. Mike Oliver would like to <br />resolve the methane issue first. <br />We WIM6311-S <br />Mayor Corbett - Asked if there is some policy direction to do item W54 (which is redirecting <br />water). It was decided this item should go back to the City Council for direction within 60 days. <br />Disaster Preparedness <br />Garry Loeffler - Asked if there is a way we can buy storage containers from one of the military <br />bases that is down sizing. Mike Oliver said staff will look into this suggestion. <br />Mayor Corbett - Suggested the storage containers be placed in the neighborhoods rather than <br />located at the service yard. <br />Garry Loeffler - Said Sunnyvale has storage containers located in the community. <br />Pavement Management <br />Garry Loeffler - Asked if all of the Measure B Funds have been used. John Jermanis said there <br />are additional funds available that generate $1,000,000 annually. However, these funds will <br />sunset in several years. <br />51 <br />K� <br />
