San Leandro charges for processing residential development permits. <br />In addition, other fees such as impact fees may be assessed, depending upon the circumstances of <br />the development. <br />Development permit fees are used to cover the cost of reviewing a development proposal. Fees in <br />the Planning Services Division are based on either direct costs or a fixed fee.
