6. The City is considering the use of prefabricated restroom buildings. The. . <br />design of the standard park restroom facility shall include an analysis of <br />currently available prefabricated facilities and their effectiveness of meeting <br />the design parameters stated herein. <br />1.1.1 Requirements for Submitted Plans and Specifications <br />All Written and drawn documents presented or submitted to the City shall <br />conform to the following specifications: <br />1. All plans shall be provided to the City on 3.5", 1.44 MB diskettes in <br />AutoCad file format (Release 11, DOS compatible) on the City's standard <br />title block format (22" x 36" overall sheet size). Electronic files shall be <br />provided to the City, as well as final photographic (silver image) mylar <br />drawings. Preliminary and intermediate drawing submittals need not be on <br />mylar. The use of non-standard size and format for preliminary and <br />intermediate submittals may be requested for approval by the City. <br />All plans, renderings sketches etc. shall be professionally prepared and be <br />clear, legible, of industry standard scales, and easily reproducible by <br />standard reproduction equipment. One original hard copy original mylar <br />and one electronic copy of the final bid documents shall be submitted to <br />the City for reproduction by the City. <br />2. The specifications shall be based on the City's standard specification format <br />and shall be provided to the City on 3.5", 1.44 MB diskettes in WordPerfect <br />5.1 DOS file format. The technical specifications (materials and methods) <br />may be prepared on the CSI (architectural) format, and shall be combined <br />with the City's standard "boiler plate" which is based on the American <br />Public Works Association (APWA) Standard Specifications for Public <br />Works Construction. <br />All specifications shall be professionally prepared and be clear, legible, and <br />easily reproducible by standard reproduction equipment. One hard copy <br />original and one electronic copy of the final bid documents shall be <br />submitted to the City for reproduction by the City. <br />3. All information, plans, sketches, renderings, displays, reports, photographs, <br />specifications, electronic files, etc. submitted to the City shall become the <br />property of the City to reproduce, distribute, modify and use in any way the <br />City deems necessary with no compensation provided other than that <br />provided by this agreement between the City and Consultant. <br />Exhibit A <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />9/26/88 Rev. <br />1/20/90 Rev. <br />
