Inventory existing conditions and uses at each facility including <br />visual records (i.e. photographs and/or video). <br />3.2.3 Preliminary Design and Construction Estimates <br />Provide preliminary plans, specifications, product information and <br />construction estimates and analyses of estimated costs for various material <br />and layout choices at appropriate times during the design process to allow <br />the City to provide direction for final designs. <br />A. Initial Project Meetings and Site Visits - <br />• Meet with City staff to discuss project requirements and <br />parameters. <br />• City makes available existing pertinent data and standards. <br />• Tour of at least four sites with City staff. <br />B.
