C. Prepare draft design concepts/schematics of at least three alternate <br />restroom designs rendered in color. <br />D. Prepare preliminary cost estimates for each alternative. <br />E. Review alternative designs with City staff and develop consensus for <br />proceeding with selected alternative. <br />F. Finalize design parameters and recommendations for final design. <br />3.2.4 Final Design and Estimates <br />Provide final detailed construction plans, specifications and estimates based on <br />design, material and layout choices approved by the City for the Marina Park <br />restroom. <br />A. Perform detailed design of the selected alternative and prepare final <br />construction bid documents. <br />B. Prepare detailed estimates of quantities and construction costs at <br />30%, 70% and 100% during final design. <br />3.3 PROJECT DELIVERABLES <br />3.3.1 Reports <br />The Contractor shall prepare a written report detailing results of all tasks <br />and recommendations. Presentation and display quality renderings and <br />drawings shall be included at strategic times during the design to present <br />various design possibilities for City staff review and decisions. Verbal <br />presentation of the design information at one City Council hearing and <br />public meetings may be required if and when appropriate during the design <br />process. These City Council and public meetings shall be considered as <br />additional services and payment for such meetings shall be negotiated with <br />the City of San Leandro on an as needed basis as directed by the City. At <br />a minimum the report shall provide the following: <br />1. An inventory of the City's existing park restroom facilities. <br />2. A presentation of current restroom standards for parks and any <br />other relevant guidelines. <br />3.
