4.1 All horizontal, vertical and under surfaces shall be free of <br />dust, smudges or spots, and the corners, crevices, moldings <br />and ledges shall be free of dust. <br />4.2 Basins and fixtures shall be clean, disinfected and bright. <br />There shall be no dust, stains or encrustation. <br />4.3 Glass shall be cleaned regularly on both sides of all interior <br />and exterior windows, skylights, high transoms, vestibule <br />doors, counters, display cases and any other stationary <br />glass in order to ensure a clean, smudge free appearance. <br />4.4 Carpeted surfaces shall be maintained free of spillage, dirt <br />accumulation, crusted material, spots and stains. There <br />shall be no evidence of fuzzing caused by harsh rubbing or <br />brushing. Spot cleaned areas shall blend with the adjacent <br />areas of the carpet. <br />4.5 Hard floor surfaces shall be maintained clean and free of <br />debris or foreign matter. No dirt shall be left in corners or on <br />baseboards, behind doors or under furniture. The finished <br />area shall be safe from slipping and shall have a uniform <br />luster without unsightly finish buildups. <br />4.6 All walls shall be maintained free of spots, smudges and <br />other foreign markings. <br />4.7 Furniture, module systems and upholstered furniture shall <br />be maintained free of dust, dirt and stains and shall present <br />an overall clean appearance. <br />37 <br />
