4.8 Doors and kick plates shall appear clean and free of scuff <br />marks, stains, dust, dirt, streaks and splashing. <br />4.9 Designated smoking areas shall be serviced to present an <br />overall clean appearance, free of discarded materials. Ash <br />trays shall be free of discarded butts, ashes and other <br />foreign materials. <br />4.10 Miscellaneous counter tops, tables, chairs, sinks and <br />fixtures are to be clean, disinfected, bright and free of dirt, stains <br />or foreign matter. <br />4.11 Public telephone surfaces shall be maintained clean and free of <br />dust, dirt, smudges, streaks and other soil substances. <br />4.12 Drinking fountain fixture surfaces shall be clean and bright, free of <br />dust, stains and streaks. Fountains shall be kept free of trash, <br />cigarette butts, etc., and the nozzles kept free of encrustation. <br />Metal surfaces shall have a polished lustrous appearance. All <br />surfaces must be disinfected. <br />4.13 Waste receptacles shall be cleaned and emptied at least daily to <br />ensure that they are in a clean, serviceable condition. <br />PRUNING SPECIFICATIONS <br />1.
