or more persons in each accident or event, and in a minimum amount of <br />$20,000.00 for damage to property resulting from each accident. If such <br />insurance is provided by a policy or policies which also provide insurance <br />for the Lessee or any one other than those above named, then such policy <br />or policies shall contain a standard cross -liability endorsement. Said <br />policy shall contain an endorsement that a written notice of cancellation <br />FA <br />or of any material change in said policy shall be delivered to Lessor fif- <br />teen (15) days in advance of the effective date thereof. A duplicate origi- <br />nal of said policy or policies shall be delivered to the City Clerk upon <br />issuance. <br />14. Indemnification. Lessor, and its officers, agents, and employees, <br />shall not be liable to Lessee or to any other party whomsoever for any death, <br />injury, or damage that may result to any person or property by or from any <br />cause whatsoever, in, on, or about the demised premises, or any part thereof. <br />Lessee shall indemnify and hold Lessor and its officers, employees, and <br />agents of each of them, harmless from and defend Lessor and its officers, <br />agents, and employees, against any and all claims, liens, and judgments for <br />death of any person or damage to property whatsoever, occuring in, on, or <br />about the demised premises, or any part thereof. <br />15. Taxes and Assessments. Lessor shall pay all taxes and all assess- <br />me:;s levied upon the demised premises. <br />16. Assignment and Subletting. This Lease may not be assigned by <br />Lessee nor shall Lessee sublet the demised premises, or any part thereof, <br />without the written consent of Lessor. <br />X/ 17. Operation of Premises. Lessee agrees to keep demised premises <br />open 24 hours each day and to operate and maintain the demised premises <br />under the supervision of at least one attendant each day of the week, ex- <br />cept Sunday, from 8:00 o'clock a.m. until 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Monday, <br />Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and until 9:00 o'clock p.m. <br />on Friday. Lessee agrees to operate the demised premises in an efficient <br />manner as a first-class parking lot during the term hereof. <br />-5- <br />
