BETTENCOURT <br />RE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL TO PURCHASE <br />1103 GARDNER BOULEVARD <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this llth day of <br />September, 1985, by and between CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City", and HELEN F. <br />BETTENCOURT. <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro owns the property described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto, commonly known as 1103 Gardner Boulevard, <br />San Leandro, California ("said property"). Said property is not <br />currently being offered for sale but the City of San Leandro intends <br />to offer it for sale in the future when the residence currently loca- <br />ted on 1242 Wayne Avenue, San Leandro, has been relocated to said <br />property. <br />In consideration of the premises and of the payment of One <br />Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is acknowledged, the City of San <br />Leandro grants to Helen F.
