Ancillary office and retail would be <br />looked at as part of an overall residential de- <br />velopment. <br />4, The following uses maybe permitted in <br />a <br />areas designated "institutional Int" on the land <br />utilization plan, Exhibit 1.28.020: <br />a. Clubs and lodges; <br />b. Cultural Institutions (including librar- <br />ies, museums, and art galleries); <br />c. Child-care facilities; and <br />d. Religious Assembly, not including <br />schools. <br />5.
