<br />noxious or offensive to the project area or to
<br />the community.)
<br />a. Professional, administrative, medical
<br />and executive offices and business support
<br />services, the activities of which may include
<br />related accessory light manufacturing, storage,
<br />display, handling of merchandise and activi-
<br />ties such as publishing, printing, lithograph-
<br />ing, engraving;
<br />b. Assembly, packaging, repairing or sec-
<br />ondary processing within a building of previ-
<br />ously prepared materials;
<br />c. Manufacturing, processing, packaging,
<br />treatment or fabrication of goods and mer-
<br />chandise within a building, excluding any use
<br />or class of uses specifically mentioned as
<br />permitted only in the I-2 (general industrial)
<br />district zoning regulations of the city of San
<br />Leandro;
<br />d. Industrial laboratory, or facility special-
<br />izing in the production, assembly and testing
<br />of high technology research systems, such as
<br />biotechnology, ancillary storage and ware-
<br />housing uses;
<br />e. Wholesale or retail sales of products
<br />not normally sold in pedestrian -oriented shop-
<br />ping centers, including sales at wholesale of
<br />products, or sales to the ultimate consumer of
<br />products made to the customer's order;
<br />f. Publishing, printing, lithographing,
<br />engraving;
<br />g. Public and quasi -public office build-
<br />ings, except utility buildings and corporation
<br />yards;
<br />h. Site -serving restaurant, retail, or other
<br />personal service facilities of a type necessary
<br />to serve uses permitted herein, provided that
<br />applicant shall, in each instance, demonstrate
<br />that the proposed use is required to support
<br />uses permitted herein;

<br />i. A light industrial use not listed herein
<br />provided that a showing of complete compati-
<br />bility with uses permitted and with the stated
<br />purpose of this class of district can be made;
<br />j. Full service sales facility for new
<br />automobiles and trucks on a building site of
<br />not less than one and three quarters acres, the
<br />activities of which may include related acces-
<br />sory used automobile and truck sales, and re-
<br />pair services, including body repair and paint-
<br />ing;
<br />k. Child-care facilities;
<br />1. Residential facilities of a type neces-
<br />sary to serve uses permitted herein, provided
<br />that applicant shall, in each instance, demon-
<br />strate that the proposed use is secondary to the
<br />primary uses permitted herein.
