To construct the revised westbound Hesperian Boulevard <br />off -ramp from State Route 238 and install a traffic control signal <br />system and safety lighting through construction by contract with <br />I <br />construction contractor licensed by the State of California, said <br />contract to be carried out in accordance with laws governing STATEf <br />in the performance of such work, said work to be completed in <br />conformity with plans and specifications of STATE, and to the <br />i <br />satisfaction of and subject to the approval of CITY. <br />2.) To bear the entire expense of the preliminary engineering, <br />i <br />construction and construction engineering costs required to comple e <br />the improvements referred to herein, except for the engineering an <br />i <br />construction costs to be borne by CITY as set forth hereinafter <br />in Section II, Article (1). <br />-2- <br />
