Expert testimony at trials, hearings and <br />depositions will be billed at 150% of the standard hourly rate. For each day when testimony is provided, a <br />minimum of 8 hours will be billed. Preparatory time will be billed at standard rates. <br /> <br />Expenses <br />Subcontractor fees and other direct costs, such as air travel, project supplies and rental equipment, etc. will <br />be itemized and billed at cost plus a ten percent handling charge (standard handling charge is fifteen <br />percent).
