1007 <br />Section 2. That the following described easement is unnecessary for present <br />or prospective public use and is hereby vacated and abandoned: <br />All that easement in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California in <br />lots 32 and 33 of said Tract 2712 as shown on said map. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,462 square feet, more or less. <br />Section 3.
