said general southwesterly right of way line as follows: northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, tangent at last said point to a course which bears north 61° 28' 59'' east, the radius of which curve is 150 feet, a distance along said arc of 109.60 feet; thence tangent to last said arc north 19° 37' 13'' east 337.33 feet; thence northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left, tangent to last said course, the radius of which curve is 300 feet, a distance along said arc of 357.83 feet; thence tangent to last said arc north 480 43' 10'' west 47.59 feet, more or less, to a line parallel with the southeastern line of the territory annexed to the City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 959 N.S. as shown on the map filed January 19, 1955 in Map Book 32, page 60A, Alameda County Records, and distant south- easterly 0.08 feet, measured at right angles thereto; thence leaving said general southwesterly right of way line of the Nimitz Freeway along said parallel line and along the direct production southwesterly thereof south 62' 30' west 646.84 feet, more or less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line established by Ordinance No. 1346 N.S. as shown on the map filed November 20, 1961 in Map Book 43, page 43, Alameda County Records; thence along the said City of San Leandro boundary line established by Ordinance No. 1346 N.S. the two following courses: south 27° 30' east 133.92 feet and south 62° 30' west 325 feet to the aforementioned northeastern line of Merced Street, said northeastern line being the City of San Leandro boundary line established by the aforementioned Ordinance No. 957 N.S.; thence along the last mentioned line south 27° 30' east 538.50 feet to the point of beginning. That the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro is hereby directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least once a week for two successive weeks prior to said 15th day of July, 1963, in THE MORNING NEWS, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, in which is located the territory proposed to be annexed. Publication shall be completed at least 20 days prior to the date of hearing.
