by Ordinance No. 846 N.S., under Annexation of Uninhabited <br />Territory Act of 1939," filed November 16, 1951 in Book 32 <br />of Maps, page 28, Alameda County Records, said northeastern <br />line being also the southwestern line of the aforementioned <br />Southern Pacific Co. right of way; thence along the said <br />City of San Leandro boundary line south 55' 31' east to the <br />most northern corner of the territory annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro by Ordinance No. 732 N.S. as shown on the map <br />entitled "Map Delineating Boundary of Territory Annexed to <br />the City of San Leandro, California, by Ordinance No. 732 N.S. <br />under Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939," <br />filed March 31, 1947 in Book 9 of Maps, page 51, Alameda <br />County Records; thence along the City of San Leandro boundary <br />line established by said Ordinance No. 732 N.S. the two <br />fallowing courses; south 55' 31' east 243.25 feet to a curve <br />tangent with the last named course, and concave to the <br />southwest, hav; ng a radius of 2835.00 feet and a central <br />angle of 8" 01' 34'; thence southeasterly along said curve <br />397.13 feet to the City of San Leandro boundary line established <br />by the aforementioned Ordinance No. 723 N.S.; thence along <br />the said City of San Leandro boundary line north 13° 02' <br />west to the point of beginning. <br />That the City Clerk of the City of San Leandro is hereby directed <br />to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least once a <br />week for two successive weeks prior to said 14th day of October, 1963, <br />in THE MORNING NEWS, a newspaper of general circulation published in <br />the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, in which is <br />located the territory proposed to be annexed, and at least once a <br />week for two successive weeks prior to saki 14th day of October, 1963, <br />in THE INTER -CITY EXPRESS, a newspaper of general circulation published <br />outside the city but in the county in which is located the territory <br />proposed to be annexed.
