West being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was the <br />duly appointed, qualified, and acting Clerk of the City of San <br />Leandro, a municipal corporation, and ex officio Clerk of the <br />City Council of said City. <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of En- <br />closed Territory Act of 1963, the City Council of the City of <br />San Leandro did, on September 7, 1965, adopt Ordinance No. 65-63, <br />annexing to the City of San Leandro the territory described in <br />said Ordinance, a certified copy of which ordinance is attached <br />hereto. <br />That said Clerk did immediately thereafter transmit to the <br />Secretary of State a certified copy of said Ordinance. <br />That there is attached hereto the certificate of the <br />Secretary of State filed in his office on September 16, 1965. <br />Executed this 23rd day of September <br />City Clerk and ex officio Clerk <br />of the City Council <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br />this 23rd day of September, 1965. <br />Wilma E.
