E. Artistic Stone's SIC Code is 3281, Cut Stone and Stone Products. Businesses with <br />this SIC Code are required to file a Notice of Intent for coverage under the State <br />Industrial General Storm Water Permit. No garbage grinder (disposal) may be installed in the proposed break room <br />kitchenette. Such installations are prohibited per SLMC Section 3-14-340. <br />G. The collection pit shall be maintained so as to preclude the discharge of fines and <br />solids to the sanitary sewer. Plumbing plans for the new building shall detail the <br />trench drains, pit, and connection to the sanitary sewer. <br />H. A sampling manhole that conforms to the City's standard plan shall be installed at <br />the sewer lateral in the setback area. <br />VII. CALTRANS <br />A. The property owner and tenant are responsible for the maintenance of the area <br />between the wall of the new building and the right-of-way fence along Interstate <br />880 (Nimitz Freeway). <br />VIII. CONSTRUCTION PROVISIONS <br />A. Construction activity shall not create dust, noise or safety hazards for adjacent <br />residents and properties. Dirt and mud shall not be tracked onto surrounding streets <br />from the project site during construction. <br />B. On -Site Lighting. New or replacement on -site lighting shall be LED or other <br />energy -conserving lighting and shall be fully shielded, designed and located so as <br />to not interfere with traffic on adjacent streets and so as not to shine on adjacent <br />properties, details subject to the approval of the City Engineer and the Community <br />Development Director. After installation, the Community Development Director <br />reserves the right to require adjustment of light fixtures to comply with this <br />requirement. <br />C. Employees, vendors and contractors shall not load or unload from the public right- <br />of-way without prior approval of an encroachment permit. Loading and unloading <br />shall not obstruct the flow of traffic in driving aisles or on surrounding streets. Fire <br />lanes shall be clear of vehicles and equipment and accessible to emergency vehicles <br />at all times <br />IX.
