Amendment 2 <br />Attachment B - Scope of Work <br />Attachment B Amendment 2 Scope of Work <br /> <br />The following is a summary of the revised Term of Services that will be included in the Contract Services <br />Agreement Amendment Number1 with Denalect Alarm company for the Farrelly Pool Replacement, Project <br />No. 2018.3420: <br /> <br />Section 1.1 of the Agreement entitled “Term of Services” is hereby amended to extend the term <br />from June 30, 2021, to December 31, 2023 <br /> <br />Add the following section 8.0 at the end of Exhibit A: <br /> <br />8.0 Amendment 1 Additions: <br />• Provide three 3 additional City Standard door control access points on the Farrelly Pool <br />project. Includes programming, wiring, installation and connection of two Pac K512 door <br />controllers w/ power supplies and three proximity card readers. <br /> <br />• Install (1) one relay and wire from the existing alarm control panel to the new lighting <br />control unit using conduit and back boxes supplied and installed by others to turn on all <br />property lights during an intrusion alarm condition. Additional proximity card reader for staff <br />to read out from the interior of the employee entrance. Make connections at the alarm <br />control panel and program the light activation into the panel <br />
