Amendment 2 – Testing Engineers <br />Attachment C - Compensation <br />Attachment C Amendment 2 Compensation <br /> <br />The following is a summary of the revised ‘Compensation’ that will be included in the Contract Services <br />Agreement Amendment Number 2 with Testing Engineers for the Farrelly Pool Replacement, Project No. <br />2018.3420: <br /> <br />Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a sum <br />not to exceed SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($67,000); and <br /> 1. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is <br />hereby amended to read: <br /> <br />The estimated cost to complete the scope of work described in this proposal is $67,000. <br />The approximate breakdown of costs is as follows: <br /> <br />1. Site Access Control $9,423.00 <br />2. Intrusion and Panic Alarm $13,904.00 <br />3. Perimeter Beam Alarm $7,293.00 <br />4. Fire Alarm System $19,633.00 <br />5. First year fire alarm / security monitoring $1,596.00 <br />Amendment 1 added work: <br />6. Three additional access points $11,999.00 <br />7. Allowance for interfacing with building control system $3,152.00 <br />Total Cost $67,000.00 <br />
