Page 7 of 35 <br />seismic hazard evaluation/geophysical investigations to determine the <br />presence of geological and/or seismic hazards that might impact the safety of the <br />proposed cables/conduits (if any). The report should also include details of the <br />proposed geologic/seismic mitigation plan and safety provisions (if any). <br />c) A set of calculations, certified (stamped, signed, and dated) by a California <br />Registered Civil/Structural Engineer, to determine the required pulling load <br />during pullback operations including any buoyancy control plan to <br />successfully install the conduits at the proposed two HDD sites. <br />14. At least thirty (30) days prior to the start of Project construction as defined in the <br />MND, Lessee shall provide the followings for Lessor's review: <br />a) For the conduit segments to be installed using the HDD method: <br />i. A detailed drilling program together with detailed specifications of <br />the boring machine to be used, including but not limited to, the <br />maximum pulling and snubbing capabilities, the directional survey <br />methods to be used including equipment and controls, allowable <br />bore deviation tolerances, verification that the completed bore is <br />within the lease right-of-way and achieves the required clearance. <br />Preventive measures to avoid damage to any existing utilities including <br />but not be limited to East Bay Dischargers Authority’s 96-inch-diameter <br />force main shall be included. <br />ii. Detailed specifications of the mud system and a complete listing of <br />additives to be used including a copy of the Material Safety Data <br />Sheet (MSDS) for the drilling mud. <br />iii. A detailed inadvertent return contingency plan. The plan shall <br />include procedures to be implemented in the event of an <br />inadvertent frac-out into the waterway during construction and the <br />name and telephone number of the on-site person who will have <br />responsibility for implementing the plan. The plan will also include a <br />complete list of the agencies (with telephone number) to be notified <br />in case of frac-out including, but not limited to, Lessor and the <br />California State Lands Commission's 24-hour emergency notification <br />number (562) 590-5201. <br />iv. Any abandonment contingency plans in case the HDD operations <br />are forced to be suspended and a partially completed bore hole <br />abandoned. <br />b) A set of technical/construction contract specifications. <br />c) A construction contractor's work execution plan for the entire Project (terrestrial
