The city will provide the contractor a <br />pesticide use report that shall be turned in to the city each month by the 5th. <br /> <br />b) All weed abatement areas as defined above and within the baseline service work sites are <br />to be kept free of weeds and volunteer tree growth. Free of weeds shall mean that no <br />more than 15% of the surface area shall contain weeds AND weeds shall not be allowed <br />to reach a maximum height of 2 inches. <br /> <br />c) Volunteer tree growth shall be removed by the Contractor as part of this contract. <br /> <br />d) Contractor will provide a per linear foot price to conduct weed abatement in Areas <br />defined above that are not a part of the monthly service work sites.
