Contractor shall furnish and install signage as needed. <br />Task 5: Miscellaneous repairs <br />Contractor shall repair Gate hinge which has incompatible bolt, remove string based secure <br />mechanism and install new gate lock and replace Screen. <br />Task 6: Total Rust and Paint removal of structure and surrounding fence <br />Strip off all paint, rust, or rust stains from all steel, painted elements, and concrete. <br />Task 7: Paint Structure and fence <br />Task includes all required testing, prep, stripe coat, and paint layers. <br />Paint color selection will be determined at a later date.
