As the San Leandro Black Chamber of Commerce implements the Scope of Services, the organization will coordinate and maintain contact with City staff and provide written reports no less than quarterly to the City indicating their progress. When all tasks have been completed, the San Leandro Black Chamber of Commerce will make a final report to the City. This agreement will remain in effect until March 30, 2025, which is the outside completion date for the Scope of Services and the final date by which reimbursements can be made.
