<br /> 12 <br /> Host Hypervisor Installation/Upgrade <br />ConvergeOne will install the designated hypervisor onto 5 host servers via tasks outlined <br />below. <br />• Create and configure hypervisor database <br />• Configure boot from SAN (if included below) <br />• Install Hypervisor onto host (if not using boot from SAN) <br />• Configure host to core trunks <br />• Configure VLAN's and VLAN interfaces <br />• Configure IP addressing and routing <br />• Configure storage connectivity to hosts <br />• Test networking, storage, and management <br />• Update drivers as needed for Ethernet/HBA adapters <br />• Create HA clusters and join hosts to HA cluster <br /> Documentation Services <br />ConvergeOne will provide the customer with as -built documentation to include: <br />• Usernames <br />• Passwords <br />• Installed Versions <br />• IP Addressing <br />• Configuration Details (Show Run) <br />• Support Information <br />• Topological Diagram(s) <br />• Screen Shots (as appropriate) <br /> Day-One Support Services <br />ConvergeOne will supply the customer with up to 1 hours of day one post deployment <br />support to include troubleshooting and mitigation of any issues directly resulting from new <br />installation or upgrades performed by ConvergeOne. <br /> <br />
