The two overlook structures on Mulford Point are <br />assumed to be on grade. <br /> <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />All deliverables shall be pdf format except as noted below. <br />● Preliminary Designs <br />● Material Images <br />● Utility & Infrastructure masterplan <br />● 50% and 100% Design Development Plans and Cost estimates in Microsoft Excel and PDF <br />● Outline Specifications in Microsoft Word and PDF <br />● Project Graphis, Sections and Photosimulations for Public notification and public <br />meetings in jpg and PDF <br />● Project description suitable for use in biological and cultural resources technical reports <br />and permit applications, including up to three rounds of City comments and input on <br />project description. In Microsoft Word and PDF <br /> <br />MEETINGS: <br />Coordination meetings with City Staff (virtual): 8 <br /> <br />SCHEDULE: <br />Schedule: Consultant shall complete Task 3 within 26 weeks after the completion of Task 2. <br />Graphic support will extend beyond until the completion Task 4 & 5. <br /> <br />TASK 4 – CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br />Consultant shall prepare plans, specifications, and estimates suitable for construction via a public <br />bid.
