The <br />selected channel will vary depending on the discipline-specific system being used. The MMAA also promotes the <br />establishment of emergency assistance agreements between public and private sector agencies at all levels. The <br />City of San Leandro also maintains memoranda of agreement with private organizatfons to support response <br />efforts. <br />
