<br /> <br /> <br /> 53 CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br />Assistance Program Details <br />the local government’s annual operating budget for the fiscal year of the <br />disaster.38 <br />Hazard Mitigation Grant <br />Program <br />FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) provides funding to eligible <br />units of local government to support their efforts to rebuild following a <br />disaster in a way that reduces future losses in their communities.
