Construction activities associated <br />with the Proposed Project occurring simultaneously with maintenance activities at the Oyster Bay Regional <br />Shoreline are not expected to be significant or disrupt local traffic circulation. However, this project has <br />established mitigation measures that include traffic control measures, which would reduce the potential for <br />conflicts with traffic associated with the Proposed Project.
