<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between JUNE 11, 20224 <br />City of San Leandro and Hover Pictures—Exhibit A Page 2 of 4 <br />Production <br />1. There will be 2 days of shooting interviews with a three-person production crew from Hover Pictures <br />including the Museum Curator from the San Leandro History Museum. <br />2. Acquisition of visuals and sound <br />3. The Museum Curator will schedule and collaborate with Hover Pictures in the creation of scripts for <br />interviewees. <br />4. Hover Pictures will capture high quality footage b-roll footage of the San Leandro area. <br />5. Hover Pictures will utilize professional equipment from their equipment package #2 and techniques to <br />ensure visually stunning cinematography and audio quality. <br />6. Hover Pictures will adhere to all relevant safety and security protocols while filming on San Leandro <br />History Museum premises. <br />7. Hover Pictures will use their provided Equipment package #2 for the shoot. Their equipment package <br />#2 includes: <br />o Arri Alexa Mini professional Cinema camera and Sony Pxw-FX9 professional full-frame 6k Cinema <br />Camera. <br />o 2 shooters <br />o On-board sound recording <br />o Professional lenses by Ziess & Lomo, Monitors (SmallHD), Matte Moxes (tilta), Filters, (Tiffen, Lens <br />support (DJI and Tilta) <br />o Easrig Vario 5 w/ Flowcine Serene and Ready Rig Vega V2 support Systems. PP and Satchler <br />professional tripod Systems. <br />o Dpa 4017-b shotgun mic, Dpa 4061 core or Sennheiser Mke Lavalier mics <br />o Multiple light and diffusion by aperture (C300d Mark II, 120d, Light Dome II, Lantern, MC, B7c <br />Postproduction <br />1. Hover Pictures will edit and assemble footage to create a cohesive narrative structure for the <br />documentary film. <br />2. Hover Pictures will Incorporate archival materials, interviews, music, and other elements to enhance <br />storytelling, <br />3. Hover Pictures will provide 2 opportunities for revision and feedback from the Museum Curator. Each <br />round of feedback will be provided in a single document and include all requests from all necessary <br />stakeholders. In the rare event that further edits are needed, the rate is $800/day (or $100/hr). Any <br />additional content (reshoots, additional footage, graphics, etc.) will be negotiated and scoped out under <br />a separate Non-Professional Services Agreement Amendment and Statement of Work. <br />4. Hover Pictures will finalize the film with color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production <br />enhancements. <br />5. Hover Pictures will deliver the completed film in the agreed upon format and resolution for distribution <br />and screening. <br />Promotion and Outreach <br />1. Hover Pictures will collaborate with Museum Curator to develop promotional materials, including a <br />thirty-second trailer, digital poster design, and stills for use on social media. <br />2. Hover Pictures will attend the premiere screenings to showcase the film to the Museum’s audience and <br />the wider community during the exhibit reception event. <br />3. The Museum Curator will monitor audience feedback and engagement with the film, providing regular <br />updates and reports to Hover Pictures. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. A professionally produced film that explores different historical narratives from community members <br />about the time period between 2000 – 2020. <br />2. Marketing materials and promotional assets (poster graphic and social media content) to support the <br />distribution and promotions of the film. <br />3.
