26 <br /> <br /> <br />• QC Reviews: QC reviews are integral components of project activities as follows: <br />1. Conducted by experienced personnel who <br />are not otherwise involved in producing the <br />documents to provide impartial <br />assessments. <br />2. Originator reviews the comments and <br />makes necessary changes and additions to the original document. <br />3. QC Reviewer reviews the revised document and discusses comment resolutions with the <br />Originator and/or PM. <br />4. PM reviews the QC review comments and revised document. <br />• Project Reviews: Project reviews occur throughout project execution to facilitate communication <br />between the PM and the project team. The status of the project is discussed along with areas where <br />actions are required. <br /> <br /> <br />Task 3: Community Capabilities & Risk Assessment <br />Community Capabilities <br />NPA shall compile and review the existing 2017 LHMP and other existing data sources, such as the City’s <br />policies, reports, studies, GIS sources, earthquake shake maps, land topography information, Fire and <br />Resource Assessment Program, staff interviews, and Flood Insurance Rate Maps to identify and document <br />all capabilities in place within the City that could be utilized to reduce losses in the future. To accomplish <br />this, NPA shall: <br />• Identify and document any current authorities, programs, staffing, funding and other resources <br />currently in place or available to accomplish mitigation and reduce vulnerability. <br />Task 2 Deliverables: <br />Develop and maintain a critical path method schedule for the project <br />Detailed Work Plan, Project Management Plan, Communications Plan, and QA/QC Plan <br />Monthly progress reports to be submitted with payment invoices <br />Monthly progress reports and quarterly reports to be submitted to Cal OES <br />Project Planning Meetings - Kick Off meeting, Monthly project management team meetings, <br />Monthly planning team meetings, Public workshop meetings, City Council adoption, Project <br />management closeout meeting <br />Meeting materials – draft agendas, reference information, and meeting minutes <br />Docusign Envelope ID: C52B82D1-BCAD-4260-AF1B-3FCC857FC38E
