Provide the following staffing for each day of operation: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Following Day) <br /> <br /> Program Manager (1 FTE) <br />o Oversees shelter operations, staff coordination, reporting, and compliance with city <br />regulations. <br />o Available remotely for emergencies and conducts in-person check-ins during <br />operational hours. <br />o Completes documentation and ensures HMIS data is updated <br /> <br /> Administrative Assistant (1 FTE) <br />o Provides support to guests during evening hours, assists with intake, and connects <br />them to resources such as housing, employment, and healthcare services. <br />o Assists Program Manager with administrative duties. <br /> <br /> Shelter Attendants (2 FTEs or 4 PT Employees in rotating shifts and 1 PT) <br />o Manage guest check-ins, enforce rules, maintain safety, and assist with cleaning and <br />meals. <br />o Provide overnight supervision and assist guests during emergencies. <br /> <br />Shift Schedule <br />Program Manager: Flexible (4 PM - 9 PM and on-call during operational hours). <br />Administrative Assistant: 4 PM – 9 PM (overlap with peak intake and guest needs). <br /> <br />Shelter Attendants: <br />Shift 1: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM <br />Shift 2: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM – Two shelter monitors <br /> <br />Volunteer Support <br />Volunteers assist during dinner service and intake (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) to alleviate staff workload. <br />Also, may assist in morning wake-up call and assist clients. (6:30 AM – 7:30AM) <br /> <br />III.
