Property Owner Partner Group Meetings (15) (virtual) <br />Deliverables: <br />• Meeting Support Materials: All meetings will include meeting invites, agendas, <br />presentations, and internal minutes as a summary. <br />• Draft Property Owner Stakeholder Presentations <br />• Final Property Owner Stakeholder Presentations <br />• Interviews will include a list of questions for one round of review by the PM Team <br />2.4 CBTP Community Stakeholder Engagement <br />Community representatives include relevant individuals/organizations such as residents, <br />business representatives, accessibility, equity-focused group representatives. <br />This task includes engagement with the CBTP Steering Committee. The selection of the <br />Steering Committee will be based on input from the City and County and will include members <br />who are well-suited to serve on a committee, including invested public stakeholders and <br />community representatives, partner agencies, CBOs and underrepresented populations. <br />Steering committee meetings will assess accessibility gaps and present recommendations to <br />stakeholders. <br />This task includes: <br />A. Community Representative Interviews (5) (virtual) <br />B. CBTP Steering Committee Meetings (4) (virtual/ in-person) <br />C.
