As fire flow
is likely the critical trigger for water supply in the Development Plan 's vicinity, BKF will analyze
the size of the existing water pipeline network and determine the likelihood for upsizing or
networking needed to supply the Development Plan from the adjacent public system.
Sewer study/capacity analysis
As an Oro-Loma sanitary trunk main runs through the plan area, BKF will contact Oro-Loma to
obtain historic flow data within this trunk main. The City will assist BKF as needed to fulfill the
data request.
Stormwater assessment
BKF will assess the overall stormwater conveyance network to the flood control channel for the
district.
