The <br />existing parking resource assessment memo will include existing parking policies and <br />standards, describe the existing parking supply, and existing parking occupancy for the Parking <br />Data Collection Area. <br />Good City Company will provide information on existing parking policies and standards drawing <br />from policy research in Task 3.6. <br />Arup will focus on overall parking resources: <br />● Review BART parking policies and information (both on the San Leandro and the <br />unincorporated Alameda County sites) regarding number, distribution and occupancy at <br />AM and PM peak periods.
