The Vehicle Parking Data Collection Area is defined in Figure 2. <br /> <br /> <br />RERR will primarily focus on Sub-area 1 parking resources: <br />● Collect information regarding the parking requirements in retail leases, when available <br />● Assess the existing parking supply and utilization, including analysis of leases. <br />● Provide layout of Designated Parking Areas as per retail leases to inform the district <br />wide parking management plan. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Existing Sub Area 1 Parking Supply Spreadsheet (recording the total number, type, and <br />occupancy based on available data of parking spaces within Sub-Area 1) <br />• Sub Area 1 Parking Facilities & Circulation Map <br />o The map will show the layout of designated parking areas for the entire plan area <br />and the designated parking areas per retail leases and transit where applicable <br />and if information is available. <br />• Existing Parking Resource Assessment Memo (Note: Memos are internal and will be <br />combined into a final Existing Conditions Memo.) <br />• Existing Parking and Resource Assessment Summary Section of the Existing Conditions <br />Presentation <br />3.4.Traffic Counts and Vehicle Parking Occupancy Data <br />Collection (funded by MTC PSTA Task 1) <br /> <br />Supported by MTC Priority Sites Technical Assistance funding, Arup will contract with a DBE <br />data collection firm to collect new data regarding traffic and parking occupancy. The data <br />collection will include, at minimum: <br />• Volume and turning movement counts for 10 intersections (1-day, 7-9am and 4-6pm), <br />including pedestrians, bicycles, heavy trucks, signal phasing, and signal timing. <br />• Parking occupancy survey within 12-minute walkshed from BART faregates, including <br />BART property and areas within walkshed located in Unincorporated Alameda County <br />o 2-days – on a mid-weekday and weekend <br />o 13 hours each day: 9am-10pm, hourly sweeps (last sweep begins at 9pm) <br />• Parking inventory of Parking Data Collection Area by space type. <br />Deliverables <br />• Parking Occupancy Memo (methodology, site map, findings) and raw data <br />• Traffic Counts Memo (methodology, site map, findings) and raw data <br /> <br />Refer to final PSTA agreement for final scope. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 885601F4-01B5-4FAB-A341-08EBC29876AA
